DO YOU OFFER FREE ESTIMATES?
Yes, at that time it gives Nick time to assess your carpet and tile as well. We do not like to provide estimates over the phone because every home, condo, or office can have so many variables. The price we tell you is the price you pay, no gimmicks or hidden fees.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY CARPET TO DRY?
Less than 24 hours depending on the piling of the rug. If you leave your ceiling fans on and lower your a/c chances are your carpet will be dried fairly well in a few hours.
IF I'M IN A CONDO, CAN YOU STILL GET TO MY UNIT?
Absolutely! We have a truck mount and portables with hoses that can access any unit.
WILL ALL THE STAINS ON MY CARPET OR IN MY GROUT COME OUT?
We would like to say yes all the time but like with any spill or stain that has not been treated we just can’t guarantee 100%. Most of our clients are thrilled to see the difference in their carpet and tile and unless it’s something we really don’t know what it is our success rate of stain removal has been really good.
WHAT IS “NO WET MESS”?
